ok, as good as 7zip is, i dont like it... well, i might if i could find a working app for my phone... I like being able to download the files to my phone and then flash it from the internal storage... (that way i have something to do from work, lol) i found a russian version, but i dont speak russian. is there an english version somewhere?

the zip software that ships with the phone will open intx'sfiles

one suggestion for 1.4 build, I noticed you don't allow the advanced settings in the the phone settings....
if you go to settings>phone>advanced then you should be allowed to access things like vibrate when connected to a call, reject call with text, and that sort of stuff...... could you cook these setting in to the next rom?

load the file to your phone your phone and just try to open it... then extract the file. that's what I did.

that is what i am doing... and it isnt working, it just keeps asking for a program to open it.

what program is it presenting as options? that's not at all what happened to me so I dunno what a solution is other than use your computer instead
