Help! Diamond keeps on HARD RESETTING

Hi and Good Morning,

For someone reason after flashing any rom the diamond hard resets itself after 10 minutes...any ideas or suggestions?

What rom did you flash? I started using the new mighty rom and it was hard reseting for me as well, but usually it just needs a stock flash and then a flash back to the new one you are flashing to. That's what I am doing right now, try that?

TSC, what rom did you flash?

Also, I wonder if anyone has an explanation as to why or how it seems to fix this issue if you flash to the stock rom then to the new one?

I tried Mystery and Mighty over a couple hours of frustration...all is good though. I reflashed the updated Telus ROM from HTC and then reflashed Mystery. Seems to work now..

I am not aware of any benefit as it is erased/overwritten when you flash back. Total time waster...IMHO. The only time I flash the stock is when I need the original boot-splash screens back, or if I messed up my data. Which I've only done once with my vogue.

And are you guys aware of the RSTG Rom? The thread is full of mafia-brother love and is totally bug-free...

i was having the same issue with some of the 6.5 and the every rhodium manila. After flashing many diff roms it stopped. then i found that the pictures attached to my contacts were causing my manila to reset every 10 secs. Do you use exhange or have you sync'd to anything before this happened?

Guys I have been struggling with this issue for a very long time. It seems to have started when a lot of the chefs moved to a 12XXX sys. What I find works the best for me but it is a real time concumer is to flash back to stock(I use the shipped Telus). Let customization run, then do a clear storage(1234) and then flash the rom of my choice. Once customization finishes, same thing, do a clear storage(1234). This has worked for me with 95% accuracy. When I skip steps is when I tend to run in to problems. But even then I have still problems. I also find certain builds give me more trouble than other. For instance I am on Mystery 1.X right now but could not get 2.0 to work for the life if me. Hope this helps!
