How do i flash a rom to my diamond? - Page 2

I would sugget grooveROM 3 build 12 Final EXCELLENT on battery life IMO. I flashed back to Stock yesterday to test the battery, and I got 2 hours LESS from the Stock ROM doing the same things I normally do....perhaps even less things, but let's just say today was normal for activity.

those roms come with extra apps, if yes which have more productivity tools?
