Groove, fantastic ROM, I'm sure you're always proud of your work, as you should be, but this one really takes the cake. I actually haven't really been able to bust it yet (playing around with the WM7 look alike thingy over at xda). Thanks for ending this rom on a high note! I'll probably only try this for a week before moving to your green rom though lol.

had something weird happen. The ringer wouldn't work when someone was calling. Happened with the first call afte taking it off the charger. Resolved with soft reset.

Great ROM. Only issue I'm having is the camera-black-screen-unless-you-change-resolution-or-soft-reset problem. Anyone else still experiencing this?

It was mentioned a few pages back, I think Groove said he experienced it occasionally too, but normally a soft reset took care of it. Not sure if there's a solution as of yet though.

Flashed yesterday....love it!!! The only prob found is the ring tone issue, several tones are not working??

Had a few soft resets out of the blue. the last one occurred when trying to compose and sms. Haven't been able to recreate them though when going through the same sequence.

Flash to shipped rom then back? I haven't had any problems yet, but this stuff is always sporadic. I normally flash shipped, hard reset with that, flash new rom, hard reset twice, click my heels 3 times, spin around in 3 circles, counter clockwise, precisely at midnight, then hard reset one more time for shts and giggles. Voila, it may or may not work now!

I downloaded the Telus shipping rom again from HTC site and re-flashed did a hard restart then flashed Groove 4 Final. I did this six times and could not get it to boot after the installation of the customizations. It freezes either on the Groove 4 splash screen or on the WM6.5 splash screen. I have never had problems with your ROMs before and just for a check I tried flashing Build 10 and it worked with no problems. As well, just in case, I even manually extracted the FINAL files from the autoextracting exe and still no luck getting it past the second restart.

In my experiance a corrupted compressed file will not decompress because the checksums don't match. In any case I will try a new download and do another attempt later, or perhaps wait for the next build. Oops no next build what part of FINAL did I not understand.

For the moment I have ReeseBoy's Beta 2 ROM set up the way I like it and it is running extremely well.
