Re: [03-17-2009] Juicy ROM 4.6 by JMZ (CE OS 5.2.21028 Build 21028)
-Most tab icons are not properly aligned (Placed too low)
-Music Library has graphic errors -Internet data does not work (it works now, started working after random reset) -Comm Manager, Profile is really pointless to have..Settings has them both.. (Why add unnecessary tabs?) -Freezing issues -I also encountered first random reset. I always hard reset my device after flash as well.. Last edited by tamago; 03-17-2009 at 07:02 PM. |

My internet works just fine and I haven't noticed any freezing issues yet. Just use a program like tf3d config and remove whatever tabs you want.

The reason why I enjoyed Juicy roms was the fact that they were very clean and simple with only the latest updates installed. Having to see these additional things is rather displeasing.

It takes 5 seconds to remove them with tf3d config. Then you don't have to see them any more. |

Yes I know that it takes "5 seconds" to remove them. But can jmz at least provide some reasonable explanation why we would want to go through this procedure to remove them or is there some "actual" basis for having these extra tabs, when both options can easily be accessed through settings tab? Just voicing out..I'm not trying to go on a hate run- jmz is spending a lot of time to make things happen. I just want to voice out.

I personally remove the settings tab and the profile tab. I only use the comm manager tab. Having it cuts down on the amount of screen taps I have to make to enable wifi.
