6.5 was expected to hit gold copy middle of march. My guess is Middle of April or may it will start to ship to OEM. from there they will have 3 months to play with it and make proper drivers and everything else to make everything flow good.

when MS says it will be Q3 or Q4, they have it ready way before that. just takes forever for it to filter down.

I have it running real stable on diamond at this time. just have not felt like updating it and everything else. that will come at a later time. for now I will stick with 6.1

Well, Ill be waiting, because I have always abhorred the ugly, traditional set up of the system of windows mobile. Respect acknowledged for what it has done, I JUST DONT LIKE THE STYLE OF IT. 6.5 changes that alot! Its the icing on the cake, so to speak.

but wont we not be able to do anything with it since its built on win ce 6? win mo 5, 6, 6.1, and 6.5 were all built on win ce 5 i thought.

My question is if there is a English Wm 6.5 available for use on a cdma diamond? Everywhere I look it seems to be only available for gsm...

yes there is one available now in the Diamond Upgrade section. its titled FuFu rom. should be on the 1st or 2nd page.
