Re: [04-18-09] MysteryROM II [Rhodium Manila All Carriers] (CE OS 5.2.21042 Build 210

Hey Mystery!

Love the ROMs, but i was wondering if you could help me fix something ...

I just flashed my phone to MysteryROM II Build IV HD Manila

and it wont go past the boot screen, before you calibrate the screen. Does this mean its bricked or is there something I can do - I can go to bootloader, but the only diamimg i have in my storage is your rom - i tried to connect to my computer to try to flash from there, but the computer won't recognize it. I'm not sure what to do . I've tried flashing it to your rom many times - w/ hard resets and soft resets, and nothing is working, cuz its getting stuck at that boot screen ... anything else i can do b4 i take it back to Telus?

Thanks

Love that black white and gray theme!

I'll do some searching, but is there a way to turn off the "clicking" sound the keyboard makes?

I noticed right away that more mem was being used than in some other ROMS but to my surprise my battery life improved drastically. Weird I know.

Also, somebody mentioned the keyboard being buggy and I haven't had any problems there either except occasional lag that I had with the compact qwerty on other ROMs.

The only issue I have had was with installing TouchResponse the phone wouldn't reboot and required a hard reset. But, I found that TouchResponse is already installed and just needs to be turned on in settings. Don't know if that's part of rhodium or an addition from mystery but it works pretty well.

I hope that Mystery will continue to develop this ROM because it is really on track to be great.

I was kind of getting sick of my diamond but this made me like it all over again and I think will hold me over until Sprint gets the Touch Pro 2.

Thanks again Mystery.

Thanks, and I also notice that the battery life was lasting pretty good in this release. I will be making another ROM but I don't know how long it will take me since I been really busy lately, and the only real problem I see is YouTube, which I thought I fixed but I guess not!

Well the thing is that it worked for me, I don't know why its not working for the other people. Also I did try installing it as a can during customization in the previous build but it didn't work, I will have to try it again in this release.

Thats odd, are you running any programs in the background that might be causing this?
