My old phone had a hardware issue and I just had it replaced with a brand new one 2 weeks ago. I find it hard to believe that this one has a hardware issue too, but the phone just locked up on me right before I was about to load a new ROM on it, so I did a soft reset and now it's going through the hard reset process again.

It think it's time for me to leave the Windows Mobile world. After much joy when I first got my Diamond in October, it feels like there's much more pain than joy these days.

or you can flash back a custom rom based off the older stock roms and enjoy the phone. We just need to understand as a group that these guys are working with latest and greatest and their will be bugs and odd occurrences. If you flash back to oem shipped rom first, then flash this rom, then clear storage you should not be seeing these occurences. Best of luck.

GO to all settings and then today screen, second tab at bottom "ITEMS" look at very bottom uncheck today timeout.....Shouldnt have that issue anymore.

It's probably something with the OEM, I'll make sure it is on the Games as well next time.

Yeah, I still haven't fix this issue, I'll post the bugs in the second post so people can know. Thanks for the feedback.

Some people have to flash back to stock then custom most of the time because this issues continues to happen to them, the weird thing is that this has never happen to me.

Mystery, major props on your opera in this release!! wow, it is as fast as I have seen yet. I am getting pages in ppcgeeks in like 6 seconds=D> amazingly fast. Is your mystery "black" release using a different manilla. I like the red but was going to try the black but like the manilla weather in red much better. also, custom name(instead of sprint) keeps popping up on the home screen which is strange.

The black one has XBmod HD manila, as for "custom name" showing up in the home screen, you can change that and put what ever you want by going to programs and look for "opmon."

i just put 1.5 red on my phone and saw you took out auto rotation, so does that mean in text menu it wont go into landscape mode? if it can how do i do it?

Does this latest release fix the volume buttons issue? I was having problems with changing the volume and had to always do a soft reset to get it to work when on v1.4. Also the keyboard would lock up for a few seconds as well. I also noticed that the opmon programmed didn't properly program my network name to the one I put and it would just randomly change back to sprint. When going to a new rom I always flash back to stock rom, load latest mystery rom, and then do a hard reset.

Well you can go to Start>Settings>Buttons> and make a key rotate the screen from there. Or you can download a program like Flip it & Gyrator that rotates your screen.
