Re: MysteryROM 4 [ 06.16.09 ] - CE OS 5.2.21812 [ Blue & Black Rhodium/Titanium ]

In the next release I will be updating the sys, adding quick gps, and changing back to Merdinh's Black EzInput. I didn't have time to finish it today, but should be up tomorrow in the afternoon.

I really like your ROM. I am having one problem with it and that is the calendar/clock. I was playing with the World Clock, and should have left it alone. Up until I played with it, the current time and my calendar events were shown correctly. I moved the PST setting to my city (Irvine) and now all my calendar times show one hour earlier. Even after I sync with Outlook, the times remain one hour earlier. In fact, after I synced one time, the current time changed one hour earlier. I know this has been a problem with the 6.5 ROMs, but it lookedl like you had it fixed. How can I repair this?

Hey Mystery,

Just thought i'd let you know... my Avast virus detection... has picked up that the ROM has a virus... not suggesting that there is one... just that this doesn't normally happen with the rom's i've downloaded and wanted to draw your attention.

the only thing i dont like about tf3d in this rom is the contacts, in the regular ms 6.5 view when i go back to the contact list it is were i was last, under tf3d it resets to the top.... is there a way so that it will be were i was last after making a call?

Also some ##codes like ##786# ##data# and my ##code to program the phone. I have reflased to stock and they work their, then i cleared storage on stock, installed vzw prl, then flashed to yours, then cleared storage....

Its been happening to a lot of people with Avast. we have scanned it with numerous other anti-virus and non but avast says virus. we think its because it cant recognize the file. so your good....

Being there has been such a large amount of sys updates in the last week or 2, what is the general publics opinions on this rom with the builds? this latest one has been quite stable and pretty quick, except that darn black screen camara issue i ran across yesterday...

Try a soft reset and see if that fixes it, I ran into something like this the other day and that helped.

That has to do with Rhodium Manila which I have no control over, we will have to wait for a 100% working port of it.

As for dialing ##, they work for me, might be because you are running verizon, not sure.

Well each build does get better, in my opinion they seem to run a bit faster than the other, some people might not notice it though.

And I haven't gotten the camera problem in quite some time, can't remember what causes it but a soft reset should fix it.
