Help--Now that I'm Flashing so often...

Could anyone please be kind enough to aid me in backing up some of the "favorites" and etc.?

like for ex: save the "opera6.adr" from windows...

but what about for "people" for the tfl3d's favorite people?
--weather locations?
--favorite programes?

I tried using spbbackup and pimbackup but i guess i am not using them right bec. when flashing to upgrade a rom they just don't come out right...
