I have only found 2 issues, both minor (and one is probably just me). When my alarm went off this morning and i hit snooze, the phone froze at that screen. Now, i did have it plugged into my computer (was charging it last night) and it was connected to active sync, so i'm pretty sure thats the problem, not the rom. That used to happen once in a while before i put this rom on my phone, but i just wanted to let you know about it anyway, just in case.

Only other issue i have is with Sprint picture mail not working. I can install the cab, but it doesn't pull up contacts for me to send anything too. I'm pretty sure the problem is with the program anyway, It's always been buggy for me. On 4.1.2 i couldn't even open the sprint pic mail, so it's an improvement just to be able to open it.

Internet explorer looks nice too. It pulled up youtube nice and clear. It's a little slow, but it works great, just need to be patient with it. Overall it works great. The 2 issues i have are more than likely not rom related anyway, but i just wanted to throw them out there, just in case.

Hey Ryan, are you able to sync and use Outlook? If so, could you tell me if it was with WMD center, Activesync 4.x, and what exchange it was any info would be great.

Is it working for anyone else who's tried it?

Oops, that would have been good info. I used WMDC in vista. I don't use exchange because i don't want my work email bugging me on my days off. It looks like it transferred my contacts and calendar items to my phone, but i'll check again to make sure that the calendar items did come over from outlook and weren't just from my restore using pimbackup.

I did a backup before i flashed, and i used outlook to get my contacts, but i just can't remember if i did a restore after that with pimbackup or not. It was really late last night, so i can't be 100% sure about the calendar items. But i do know that the contacts did come over.

Oh ok. The big problem is with email syncing.

I'll get the server info and set that up on my phone and test it out. If it gets annoying, i can always just get rid of it again. I'll let you know how it works once i get my server info from work and get all set up.

Ok, i got my server info alot faster than i thought, set it all up and it doesn't work. It gives me an error that it cannot open an SSL connection. Thats the error I'm getting for picture mail when i use the Sprint picture mail cab.

Oh well, worth a shot.

Try setting up your sync through: Communications>Set Up Microsoft Direct Push

...it'll take you through the same steps with your server info, etc.... Select what you want to sync and see if that works....

that worked for me.

SmknJoe, I thought you were saying you got it to work on 6.1 again finally. You meann you have wm6.5 sync'ing email with an exchange server?

Works great for me, using WMD center on windows 7 beta build7000.
