HUGE GLITCH PLEASE HELP

i just flashed your rom last last night and set up a password that was 8 char's long but the lock screen is only letting my type in 6 char's please help i have tryed all the basics but my phone is still stuck locked

Turn ur phone off, push : power, volume down, and enter(round button) at the same time and hold them down. The screen will pop up, follow the directions. This will hard reset ur device, do this last, if nothingelse works.

Thanks a million dude worked perfect its wired that it allowed me to put 8 chars for the password when i was setting it up but the lock screen only allows 6 :S
