Yes a total nube to this stuff......what exactly do i need to do.

which link do I use?
do I save it or run it from my computer?
how do I open it up on my phone?

don't try to flash this until you know the exact steps and you are comfortable. read the first page of the diamond upgrade section. this thread:

Download any of the 3. They are all the same. When you download one them, extract the files and put the file named RUU_signed.nbh in your internal storage. change the name of that to diamimg, turn off your phone, while holding volume down and the back button turn on your phone and at that point it will tell you to press the power button to start update. After update is successful you have to take battery out and put it back in and turn on your phone.

OK, so WM 6.5 has quite a few cosmetic changes but is there anything drastically different? Hmm, maybe I should go nose around the 6.5 kitchen thread and see what's been changed.

I tried the Titanium interface but didn't like it at all. TF3D has spoiled me.

Do you know if it's possible to rip the context [click+hold] menu setup and the scroll bars from WM6.5 so they can be installed in another WM6.1 ROM?

Connect your Diamond to your computer and get an activesync connection. Then run the program "Custom_RUU" in the folder of the files you downloaded. Then just follow the steps on screen, and voila - You've flashed a new ROM.

i highly advise you do more research in the how to flash sticky before you flash this rom. If not i see a bricked device in your future, are you even unlocked? have u flashed any other custom roms before? i would really hate to see u ruin your device becuse of not being fully informed.

Please make sure you unlocked your phone first..I'd hate to have you turn your phone into a very expensive paper weight..
Check here to learn how to unlock phone first. Please do not flash this rom if your phone is not unlocked.
