battery life

What all can i do besides the cab with the registry tweaks for performance and battery life to get my battery to last all day?

1. turn beam off, Start>Settings>Connection tab>beam>turn off.
2. if using active sync, set it for a longer interval 30 minutes or 1 hour unless you need push email.
3. if you use rss readers, make sure they dont automatically download material
4. Flash a custom rom. better performance and battery life 100% of the time.
5. if poor coverage area, better to force roam so that your not bouncing for ev to 1x. there are cabs for this as well.
6. dim your screen if you don't mind a little less resolution. you can do this under power settings
7. Get another battery, no matter what you do, the battery life on devices like the Diamond is less than average.

that's about all I can think of at the time.

little advice. dont have your phone number and email in your sig. save you some calls potentially!!
