Which flashing wipes out PST data?

Hi I need a ROM or Radio flash that will wipe out the PST data (service programming such NAM and Mobile IP). I know most people want to avoid that, but I need somthing to reset the QualComm chip.

I believe flashing your carrier stock ROM should take care of that.

Yes that's the case with my Titan (6800), but on my Diamond only the PRL got replaced and all other items untouched. I'll try more stock ROMs.

1x data did not work on my 6800 and then it worked after I flashed a stock ROM that overwrote the PST. I repeated this several times to confirm. My Diamond is having the same issue and I'm hoping to fix it the same way, but so far none of the ROMs overwrites PST.

I have flashed multiple Radios and Roms and neither seems to overwrite the data. Only once with my vogue (after flashing multiple radios and roms in a single day) did I ever have to reset that information. I think it was like 5 radios and 8 roms...A more than average extreme...

Edit: and I think that I may have let customizations run from another carrier...
