but i did change to OMJ ROM for testing .....and seems to be workign good on that one as well ...

Wow, this is really really fast. I was able to install the tsowentaskbar 1.6 and it looks great. As stated if you install any uncompressed manila files it will reset your theme to the original TFLO so be careful on what you try to add to the HD Manila. It installed in about 8 minutes for me with no errors. It even restarted the TFLo for me. Just soft reset and it was golden.
If someone could start a CFC HD Manila thread that would be sick..

The CFC GUI program works well and is easy to use. I converted an old uncompressed theme to a CFC but when I copied the compressed manilas back to the phone it changed the HD tabs back to regular. Do I need to be trying this on a HD theme instead?

My other option is to just use the GUI and edit the manilas that came with the HD TF3D to make my own theme.

Yes, a thread on compressed HD themes would be great (tried looking on XDA but gave up). Anyone got any???

What are the odds that GODSONZ fonts work with the HD? I just finished customizing and I am to nervous to try.. lol

I have been running this Manila for about 24 hours now and just wanted to say how nice it is. I have only had a slowdown issue once and that was with Touchpal. After a softreset everything was back to normal. It is REALLY fast and I'm loving the new tabs. Thanks for all your hard work on this!! I feel like I have a new phone!!

Sorry, installing this just isn't the same- no where near as great- as using the new MR4.4.3.
Even faster and more stable than this combination.
I'll live without the extra appointments showing on the home tab.

Okay I followed the instructions and got everything installed and it looks great. The problem is that now I can't answer calls with slide to answer anymore. i can ignore them but when I go to answer the phone stops ringing but keeps flashing like it is ringing and never picks up. Anyone else seeing this? I'm on Mighty rom 4.4.2 as well.

Click on the start button and go to settings. Click on Today then go to the items tab and uncheck touchflo 3D hit ok to exit. Thats it.

As for my other question forget it. I reflashed with Groove Rom 3 preview 10 and it rocks. Got everything working.
