Re: XBmod Manila HD & M I G H T Y R O M 4.4.2

NOTE:

For those of you who are trying to add thier own themes.. This uses the HD CFC version which meens the files of the manila are compressed ( this will be the future of manila ) becuase they are compressed, you will need to make the theme you want installed compressed as well ...

So in comes a great tool to Compress the manila files ...
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=470798

please read the entire thread.. you can download the tool there as well.. im not sure that ppcgeeks had a thread with compressed HD manial 3d compressed themes ( i havent looked ) but maybe one shoudl be started...

I installed the HD screens...but did not like the way they looked. I liked the changes to the people page though. I hope Mike does not make them the default in his ROM.

Yep. Using the CFC 1.8.5c CAB. And I see by your post after this one^^, that it may be caused by the custom theme that I installed. I actually didn't install an entire theme, it's just the TF3D icons [12aon Buuf Icons-Tabs 1.5.cab], but I can see how that might screw things up.
I've got this thing almost entirely setup, so I am loathe to start all over again, but if compressing these things and reinstalling will work, I'll do it one more time.

Re: XBmod Manila HD & M I G H T Y R O M 4.4.2

Thankyou Rgildoss. That is the answer I was looking for.

This should allow me to compress manila files from a theme to be able to use them with the CFC TF3D, correct?

I would suggest not using TF3D Config for changing themes. It totally messed up my tabs.

Re: XBmod Manila HD & M I G H T Y R O M 4.4.2

Has anyone experienced problems after trying to change the volume using the up/down volume buttons?; Whenever I do the phone kind of slows down and freezes up but the TF3D still works.. but moves slowy, Cannot click the start button or anything. This only started to happen after i installed TF3D HD

Re: XBmod Manila HD & M I G H T Y R O M 4.4.2

Wow, this is really really fast. I was able to install the tsowentaskbar 1.6 and it looks great. As stated if you install any uncompressed manila files it will reset your theme to the original TFLO so be careful on what you try to add to the HD Manila. It installed in about 8 minutes for me with no errors. It even restarted the TFLo for me. Just soft reset and it was golden.
If someone could start a CFC HD Manila thread that would be sick..
Thanks AGAIN!!
