edit: refer to this page and enter bootloader to connect to activesync. I hope that your phone was unlocked as well. You need to read this in order to make sure you don't mess up your phone. by entering bootloader, you should be able to connect again to activesync, then flash the original shipped rom of your carrier. they are all listed on this page:
