Well, i reverted back to the Stock Spring ROM, updated it's profile, flashed 1.11.00F, flashed back to your ROM, installed the cab, opened PIE, updated profile (confirmed changes had been updated), and tried internet sharing and it still gives me error 67.

I was previously using Juicy's 4.4 ROM and the sharing worked fine there, all i did was choose it after i plugged the phone in via USB (instead of active sync or data).

If that didn't do it for you, then flash back to the stock rom and call sprint tech support. They may need to reset your data. I don't use it but I'll make a personal not to look into it when I get time... When I tether I use PDANet.

I was worried that they blocked the port in which to tether because I used it a few times (never for anything extravagant). I found my answer in 'This Thread' from XDA-Dev. A few registry edits and it's working great now. Thanks rsToy, now I can fully enjoy this ROM, it's awesome!

Link restored, your getting some cutting edge stuff! Just like my previous kitchens, Decompile stock, delete the OEM dir, replace it with my OEM folder, then optionally delete select items from ..\SYS and do your thing. I'll put up a tutorial later. Oh and I use calcu's kitchen, my old kitchen while modified for the Diamond has a problem building a rom bigger than ca. 125 megs.

And for the rest of you guys, all that stuff was free. I will get on you if I see your using my stuff and calling it your own, (yes I regularly decompile roms and check them out, and yeah I get around any protection installed), and I will drop from the sky into your living room if I see my stuff with a "Donate" button on it. Sure I put a couple hours into it, but this is a hobby.

Thanks alot. i am basically keeping it the way it is, just adding a few OEMs, and taking out a few sprint aps.

I think I missed deleting an oem for virtual*. That things junk, delete it as it will hose your messages. Any questions on my methods, feel free to ask as I'm not a member of that secretive chef society ...

where would that be? tried to find it, sorry.

i would like to make the phone dialer Black. and the cal and windows media player black. also use slide to answer black. can i jsut take the OEMs from calcus kitchen and place them in uour system folder and run Build OS? i want to free up about 40mbs. so im taking as much out as i can.

Yes, and you will have to manage the duplicates. WMP already has a black skin, and I beleive the dialer is the same version, just skinned. Just drop them in the ..\OEM folder and delete the dupes. And yeah, the rom if fat.

in the archive. ..\OEM\VirtualMobileClient. It's unchecked by default for buildos. I cleaned out my stuff and my registration info's. That's the only one I left in accidentally.
