At one time I had complete themes with sounds, even in different languages. Here is a fun text to speech website. Any good cominations, upload them! And I thought everyone would freak on that new start up sound, but I also thought it would be good sound to motivate you all in the morning. Also replaced the radio off sound with "strength and honor" from the gladiator.

Thanks to all using my rom, and keep me informed of any undocumented features so I can fix them! Like the feature "Mark all as read" opens mms options, I'm on it...

Hi I am noobier than noob but have in the past month learned how to play with my Sprint Touch Pro by reading weeks of forums. with that said I have installed Mighty's rom and Merdin's as well. (not at the same time) I have to say yours is the cleanest and the most valued in my opinion to just look at the features. It seems simple and easy to navigate so thanks for your time and effort. I wonder after reading the hours posted do you guys have jobs? lol
I was wondering if you could put visual voicemail in your next rom. That was the only thing I liked with my old Instinct. thanks

Hi Don and fellow rstoyguy bros/sisters,

Not sure if you noticed this yet in the Software forum, but this is pretty cool. Especially if you want something like sprint tv with some added features as well. It's relative new and will probably get much better. Check it out:

I should also mention it works well with the tcpmp player cooked into this rom. If you change channels though. You should exit out of tcpmp completely first (File>exit).

What can i say, i like Star Wars and sometimes you have to let your ppcgeekness show out in public. Hell, a nickname i have at work is OS because of all the times i flash this thing (I'm a tech at a Sprint store). :)

why couldn't you work up at my sprint, the guys there are scared to death of flashing or doing anything to the phone, wouldn't even let me borrow a cable and laptop when I bricked mine once.

RS TOY GUY Are you going to integrate a BT on/off on the main start menu for quick switching like on grooves start menu? that is great for saving battery power for those of us who use BT head sets and had to turn up the power on BT to get a clear conversation..

From the home screen, hit the "Action" left soft key. Or you could create a lnk to \windows\ToggleBTh.exe and place it in \windows\startmenu\programs or where ever. I think off the action screen it is readily accessable and it is also an entry on the Communications tab in manila.

I know the feeling, and i used to be like that too. I always thought i'd get in trouble, but i finally took the plunge and i don't think i'll ever go back to stock rom ever again. These custom rom's are just too fast and work so much better/smoother.

Just don't tell the HTC reps that you've flashed if they ever come by, i don't think they'd appreciate that, or even know what that means. Our rep came by once when i had my Mogul and didn't even know that there was a memory leak...or even what that was.

rstoyguy,
I liked the Televnav version you had in your v2.7.30 rom and I tried to take the telenav 5.1.16 folder from the sys folder in that rom and placed it in the OEM folder of your newest rom (.34) and build it in(after removing the sprint nav version). I don't get any errors from buildos but after flashing when I try to open telenav I get: "The file 'Telenav' cannot be opened. Either it is not signed with a trusted certificate or one of it's components cannot be found."
Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

A decompiled OEM taken from the SYS directory is missing the initflashfile.txt (moves files around so windows can find them) and the option.xml file (so the kitchen can see them.). So without some modification/reconstruction, it isn't easy.
