Was it just me, or was the Task Manager locked down to not allow programs to stay running in memory? I kept setting them to stay open, alas, they would not.

I was doing the ROM shuffle yesterday, but I kept finding things on certain ROMS that weren't working for me.

I remember enjoying the previous version of one of these ROMS. I like programs to stay open. I open the calendar for example 50 times a day. And I like it to IMMEDIATELY be there when I need it.. not have to wait 2 seconds or so to open up every time.

I know, it seems petty, but add up all the apps I use and load time, it's not very productive to have to reopen everything and get back to the spot you were in.

The standard task manager is there, but QuickMenu dominates when closing programs. Play with the settings located at StartMenu-QuickMenu-Options...
On the first tab are the setting you'll want to change. "x-button of screen", change the dropdown box to "long to close, short to minimize".

Now you can be a more productive long-term user of my rom...

Do you know if there is a way to add the stock tab in tf3d. Kinda like checking stocks there than starting the tickertape program.

nevermind found that the stock program only works on the hd manila hybrid

Ok don't let this go to your head but i think you have the best rom on ppc or xda now work on that delay it it will be awsome...

Thanx, so I can't brag until I tweak the camera my way.... I can handle that. I know that I holster my ppc just like everyone else on here, so I'm no-one special. I'll see if I can't have that in the morning for you all. If I get off early that is...

Still can't find the old rings posted anywhere; I thought I found them in rstoyguy's folder on the ftp, but that was only a few, and not any stock...

I thought I uploaded them, but I'm here the computers are locked down. I'll post a link unless someone else can find em... They are in the oem pack I've uploaded if someone wants to help me out. The oem is Sprint_Extras
