Should I just move to MightyROM bc it has WM6.5 or keep with this one? Seems it was updated a few days ago. I'm just used to this ROM, but I really don't like how slow this phone feels. My mom's Treo is instant whenever she presses something on it, this phone is slow and has some high latencies from when I touch/tap to when it registers, and it makes it nearly impossible to use. Plus it has to take time to load everything up. Funny thing though, this ROM is faster than stock. I still have this phone for another 1.5 years so I'd really like to make it faster asap :P.

Anyone gotten Android working really well on it finally? Maybe that'd be better?

It all personal preference. this rom is one of the most stable, colorful, loaded roms out there. tons of games, interesting tf3d, nice taskbar and volume icons. by the way, Mighty rom is not 6.5, he has a 6.1 out now. Regarding the speed of this rom, I have not experienced slowness like you mentioned. You can improve the speed a little if you want by reflashing and changing the pagepool to 12 or 16mb. RSTG has this on stock settings which is 6mb. Like I said, I haven't noticed much of a slow down but it all depends. Regarding Android, not yet on the Diamond as far as I know.

Mighty ROM definitely has 6.5 ROM out... there are two threads on it... I've been using it for weeks...

quick problem im having with my phone. no matter when i pick my phone up, the data connection is on. i can turn the data off and set the phone down, come back and its back on. as far as i know i have all auto updates turned off so i cant figure out why the data keeps coming on.

Hi Treedog, if you are referring to the task bar showing solid for data, that is just a glitch in the icon. your data is not staying on although it appears to be. RSTG let us know this. hope this helps.

yeah i was referring to the taskbar, it shows the 2 arrows like the data is in use. so that's a glitch? ok thanks. also i have an issue trying to use express pocket. i chose EP as one of my quick progam tabs but each time i click on it, i have to register all over again. but if i go to start then progam and pick EP i dont have to register. i installed it to the device. can someone explain this? thanks

3.7.05 what changed? I didn't see a log of changes, updates or fixes? Can someone give me a update?

RSTG added his kitchen. the rom has not changed yet but RSTG does have some plans to update this rom as well as potentially put out another one. maybe 6.5:headbang:
