sprint diamond cant sync need help....
need help or any info on how to enable my sync cable. when i hook the usb cable it only charges my phone, it doesnt let my go to where it says disk drive or active sync. does any one have info on how to solve this problem.......

If you're on Windows XP, you need to download Activesync. Google it.
If you're on Vista, it should auto-detect it. If it doesn't, try downloading the Windows Media Device Center. |

downloaded the Windows Media Device Center 6.1 , still wont accept. the phone charges but it wont connect , still it knows the cable is there it just wont sync, not even to the media device center....
