Telus Newbie: needs a ROM with Fash 3.1

Can someone please point me in the right direction. I have just bought this HTC Daimond from Telus ran the Telus ROM upgrade and still am dissapointed. I cannot load Google Maps and the Flash Lite 2.1 I downloaded still will not display the web content that I would like to look at. Is there a ROm out there that incorpporates this?
