Chefs/Registry Gurus Please! Disabling Data/UC Autorun

I tried searching for a bit but I don't think I'm using the right terms...

I get dinged a couple of dollars every time I flash so I need to be able to disable data right on the get go with UC autorun. I was wondering if any of you guys knew the registry key(s) to disable data permanently that will not be overrun by anything I do in touchflo (like enabling data).

I currently just use Diamond Tweak right after I flash and that works, however I am not fast enough to prevent all data from being transferred. So on the other hand if anyone knows how to detect what registry tweaks are being made when I set it with Diamond Tweak that would be equally helpful!

Thanks in advance!

Are you cooking your own rom?
Go to the Carrier File in the OEM and you'll find the registry entries in the mxip update xmls. Remove them.

No not yet I was hoping just to use the currently available roms that support UC autorun.

If you're using a precooked rom, you can't do it. customizations run after the phone is "alive".
