"unknown device" on powerdeck

sorry if this is redundant, but i DID use search function and didnt find anything...

i've accessed sprint powerdeck from my touch diamond before (to get the pic mail update, etc) and all seemed fine. but today it said "unknown device" in top left of home page (and consequently no software updates/info). i'm not 100% sure, but i THINK this change occurred after i fiddled with the opera.config, user agent (hoping to default to full sites, as opposed to mobile sites).

question is how do i re-register my device or whatever.

please help someone!!!

thanks.

and please just one more thing: can you back up a page and give me the URL of the "home" page of the powerdeck (which will recognize my device also, and has things like weather, news, etc)?

thanks again!

Re: "unknown device" on powerdeck

in order to have the powerdeck site recognize your device simply change the "custom user agent" under "user preferences" to

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows CE; IEMobile 7.11) Sprint MP6950SP

i just keep a word document that has both the sprint user agent and the other custom user agent i use so i can view full sites in desktop mode. that way i can just copy and paste whichever one i need to use.
