Personally, Im using this rom with tomtom 7.9 and have no other problems using my navigation while streaming music in the background. No memory issues.

Did you hard reset after you installed 4.3? That usually fixes weird issues.

If so, then maybe You should try removing your programs from the internal storage, and installing them on the internal storage. Also check to make sure there are no other programs running before trying to run tomtom.

I do notice after using the phone for a day or two, that there is a very small memory leak (memory usage increases slightly for no reason, a native WM issue and not Juicy's fault), but a soft reset fixes that. I soft reset everyday anyways for good measure so it's not a problem for me.

Hope my thoughts help some.
