Re: [12-18-08] Juicy ROM 4.3 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

I've noticed something dramatic once i installed this rom.... the signal has gone down dramatically. I know that at my house i had very good service.. literally after flashing, the service has decreased a lot.

Is this possible with flashing a rom? btw I'm on stock radio and never flashed to a new radio.

odd, i dont see how the rom could have anything to do with it. my service is the same. maybe its a local issue your having on sprints end?

I noticed this too, I flashed to the new updated Telus from the website (so i could update everything) and i had 1 to 2 bars in my house (which is an improvement). When I flashed back to Juicy's Rom I get no bars at all, but the phone still works just like it has a bar or two.

Usually when i have no bars in my house the phone doesn't like to connect to the internet or doesn't send text messages.

Its just weird.

Ya i've come to the conclusion that it has to be something w/ the rom.. or something. B/c I've also gone to my brothers apt and noticed the same drop. I also was at a bar last night and this guy had a diamond.. Both were through sprint and i asked to compare service and he had 2 more bars then I did..

Now at this bar, I should have full service (or pretty close).. now I only have 2 bars max while a person w/ the same phone was grabbin nearly full service.

But like others have said, I cant figure out why this is happening over a rom flash.
