I have not yet installed 4.0, still on 3.9, but I reported early that LiveMesh Mobile does not work on 3.9 due to the version of SQL CE included (3.5), at that time the issue I got with the newest build of Live Mesh was the same as yours. The issue is simple... even different builds of the same version of SqlCe are incompatible... very confusing and frustrating. The funny thing is, SqlCe 3.0 (stock) is most compatible.... I've reverted to it for 4.1

Thanks for the update, Juicy. Always wondered why Live Mesh didn't work for me. Now it does!
