Hi Juicy,

I love your ROM and appreciate it very much. Would it be possible to add "WorldCard Mobile" to your next release? Thank you.

While this may be a nice app, why would you make it part of Juicy's build?
If you like the app, you can easily install it yourself.
Same goes for SprintTV, OzIM, Live Search, etc...

One thing I thought may be worthwhile adding to Juicy's build is Roaming option. (unless other carriers don't allow roaming)

I used the cab from http://worldcard.penpowerinc.com/wor...-standard.html And it didn't work. When I tried Juggalo ROM, it works really well. But the ROM itself doesn't fit my needs. Juicy's ROM is Perfect - WorldCard Mobile.

Do you have WorldCard Mobile working on yours? If so, can you please give me some pointers? Thanks.

My personal opinion is for Juicy to keep doing what he is doing with respect to what is included in the ROM: Only include the basics and keep it up to us to tack on the .cabs that we find useful. I love having 80+mb of storage space to add on my own things. This includes all of my extra Sprint stuff.

Thanks again Juicy. I was never one who thought that the phone was crap with the stock OS, but love the increased speed and stability that this ROM provides. It is one hell of ride..

I would venture to guess that the drivers that Juicy uses are different version from Juggalo's and it may be preventing the app from working. Check which version of camera driver Juggalo uses and then compare to Juicy (my guess is that if you use the same camera driver, it may work)

Re: [12-13-08] Juicy ROM 4.2 [SYS OS 5.2.20764 Build 20764.1.4.3] [UC]

Juicy,

Every since I got my Alltel Diamond, I've been plagued by an annoying problem, and as far as I can tell, others are not experiencing it.

I have a Bluetooth headset/stereo headphones combo (Jabra BT8010). It works great. I use it with Conduits Pocket Player, but the problem also exists with Windows Media Player.

Here is the problem:

If the stereo headphone Bluetooth profile is active (meaning the unit is on and either playing or ready to play) and then the phone connects to the internet for any reason, then the music player immediately starts skipping around (seeking within the current track, not switching tracks).

I could actually hear the phone connecting through my headphones (little electronic garbage noise).

This is most obvious when I am listening to local content and then try to connect to a streamed audio source. The only remedy was to close both the music player and shut off the Bluetooth stereo headset. The I'd start the music player, connect to the stream, then turn the headset on, then connect it. It was a major pain.

This is a long message to say that this issue is totally fixed by your ROMs. I have tried both 4.1 and 4.2. Great work! I just tried Conflipper's latest ROM (12-14-08), but the problem still exists there.

Any idea why this works on yours but not on other ROMs?

Thanks again,
Hoovey

I noticed that in 4.3 dev, you've listed WLAN Settings as one of the upgrades. Do you know if this will fix the problem I've had in the last few versions where I can't save my proxy settings for my work connection?

Or... maybe someone can suggest a different way of accomplishing my goal, keeping in mind that I find this whole work/internet configuration on WM to be quite confusing. When I'm at home and have enabled wireless, I would like my browser to use my WiFi connection because it is faster. However, I'd also like to be able to access intranet web pages on my local server which can't be accessed over the Internet. What I discovered is that by setting my WiFi connection to connect to my Work Network and then checking the "This network connects to the Internet", I could access both internal and external sites from Opera using my WiFi connection. On recent (3.9+?) ROMs, I can't save that setting. I set it, tap okay, but it doesn't get saved.

Hopefully that WLAN Settings change will fix this or I'm open to suggestions. I can't be the only one who wants to access both internal and external sites through Opera.

Did you change the radio as well? Do you make sure to perform a hard reset when you load a new rom on your diamond? After customization load and your phone soft resets, the first thing you should do is a hard reset.

I'm running 4.2 with radio version 1.00.00F(Sprint) and YouTube works fine on my device with the exception of the volume glitch which is a known issue.

I did exactly that. I've had most of the Juicy roms installed on my diamond and this had never happened before. I Have radio 1.00.00F(sprint) and Juicy 4.2 but youtube just doesn't want to work. All I get is the circle in the middle of the screen, it says its downloading and after a while it just says "connection failed". Anybody else has this problem???

P.S. It didn't work with wifi nor with the 3.9 Juicy.

Any ETA on 4.3? Itching to try 4.x but might as well wait for 4.3 if it's coming soon.
