From what I've read dshow has to be built into the ROM, but I could be wrong.

If you installed a theme it goes away, sometimes. Just install Weather Database Editor, and it will show immediately.

unless I missed any progress on a fix for this?

THIS IS NOT A BUG

It's just how Manila/WinMo operate.

Something odd with the albums and pictures. I can not scroll back and forth through my pictures. I also can't zoom in or out of the pictures. I can tap and the menu will come up and using the directional pad I can scroll through but not on screen.

Running 4.0 and GPS is working well with TT7. Not sure what the issue would be.

+1 on that

also had a few random lockups the first night when moving around in settings as a few others have mentioned, but nothing since. could have been a fluke

been having a few SIP problems. Has the full qwerty get stuck in suretype and in # mode ive seen mentioned before. Sometimes resets to default WM keyboard too randomly. Had some other issues with pcmkeyboard locking up but thats 3rd party stuff so probably the software.
