Files inside an OEM, What are they?:

{guid}.DSM - I don't know the contents, I don't care, never needed them, so who cares what it contains? It's just gotta be there...
{guid}.RGU - This file contains the registry entries for your OEM
initflashfiles.txt - This file copies your files to where they need to be when winmo starts.
option.xml - This file is needed by BuildOS. Specifies the Name, GUID, BuildOS description, other OEM requirements, etc...

The OEM must contain at least a .DSM, and option.xml files to be an OEM and thus be installalable by neupackage installer.

Ok the OEM that i installed is one from the link you have posted called, Mega Game Pack. im not sure what to do then.

I just did. Unarchive the nuepackageinstaller.zip to \My Documents. Then extract the megapack to your hard drive, and then use winzip to archive that directory. Then copy that to your \My Documents directory and it installed fine. Make sure your making your archive with the directory included. nuepackageinstaller looks inside for a directory, then for the files for that oem. If you are still having problems, upload what you have and I will see if I can help...

I'm pretty sure it needs an initflashfiles.txt file too. You can just use an empty .txt doc that's named initflashfiles.txt

Most oempackage creators make a blank if no file moves are needed, I know the old dogguy kitchen I use and ppckitchen will build just fine without it. Most oems will have one, usually only oem's ripped from a roms SYS directory will not have one since it is already incorporated in the ..\OEM\OEM_Lang_0409\initflashfiles.dat file. In that case you would have to create one and copy/paste the info from the .dat to the new .txt initflashfiles.
