Im getting errors unpacking the kitchen - re-downloading now, but was getting messages saying files were corrupt.

i am not sure what i am doing wrong, but after flash the phone freezes till next boot and then i get overlap of taskbars. the old drop down menu plus the new r1.5 one.

im getting this error when i start flashing a rom i just built No ''SVN'' folders present... any ideas?
