don't set the wallpaper using settings > today

scroll to the settings tab on touchflo, and change the wallpaper there

Can't find it; TouchFLO in System only has 2 tabs, none mention wallpaper.

Look in the settings TAB that is a part of Touchflo (the one to the left of the programs tab) not the Touchflo option in the Start> Settings menu

got it! periods of dumbness sometimes afflict me; I scrolled along the TFlo bar, finally.
