Re: Manilla HD runs on Diamond

I cannot seem to get the weather database editor to run correctly to add custom cities. Anyone have a solution? I may have missed it.

Re: Manilla HD runs on Diamond

As it seems right now the only benefit I see to this Manila is the Stocks tab (if you need it), 5 day forcast under the main forcast in the weather tab without having to hit the soft key, and its built in ability to re-order enable/disable tabs apparently. Any other apparent benefits from the HD Manila that I've overlooked?

It seems to me that going through all the trouble of resizing everything might not be worth it.

It will be once you can skin it and cook it into ROMs. Think of it as an Alpha right now.

Re: Manilla HD runs on Diamond

I'm not discreting the work being done, I'm just wondering what's so special about the HD Manila? Any other additional features other than the ones I immediately noticed? Is it a LOT faster than the standard Diamond/TPro Manila? I didn't notice it to be faster at least in its current state.

Heck for all I know once its cookable and fixed I'm gonna be on it, but what are the benefits?

Personally I think having the stock tab is "special" enough...no other reasons needed
