Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M Diamond

Hey no2chem, nice you see you finally doing more stuff for the diamond as I just got rid of my Mogul that was running your pre3 ROM. That was the fastest ROM I had try on the Mogul by far, a little buggy tho but once it was on, it never came off, hell I even sold it with it on

Is anyone still running this Rom? If so, how did you find the battery life?

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M Diamond

Thanks for the ROM, just installed and it seems fast and smooth.

Possibly found a bug already, could not get it to work as a USB drive, had to copy files via active sync.

Also, it took an unusually long time to complete the first boot, thought the phone was bricked, perhaps you should warn inexperienced users like me to be patient...

thanks again for all of your work on these phones

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M Diamond

awesome, no2chem
Loading your ROM right now.

I was waiting for this. I have used your roms in the past on other devices.

With the stock ROM, Pairing my Diamond with my BMW seems to reboot the phone. I am hoping that this ROM will address that.

Re: nueROM-S / nueROM-M Diamond

Tried the ROM, but had to go back to stock ROM due to slowness.

I have complete faith in no2chem will come up with an awesome ROM.

No offense, but i have not had good luck with any of the other ROMs on the forum. I really appreciate their effort but i think we need a ROM with just tweaks on current stable build before we go off updating the SYS and OEM files.

I am staying stock until the next no2chem ROM.

Its funny that you call the stock rom stable. So using updated applications from the alltel diamond as opposed to the earlier versions of the telus or sprint diamond make the phone unstable?

I truely feel sorry for your funtionality right now buddy lol. your on cloud 9

Almost every rom I download has some kind of a bug in it that requires a fix and reinstalation of the rom, for example Juicys latest build has no sound in youtube which means I will have to reinstall once again. It would be nice not having to do that every week, that is why I also stick with the stock rom most of the time. I think that instead of adding new packages or apps to the roms we should just get a release that fixes all the previous bugs so we won't have to "upgrade" all of the time.

Only issue Ive founs thus far is the Flashing Icons still exist. I havent had a chance to search for a fix yet but its not a major issue.
