I have been making some good contacts in asia this past month, I can now get files super early. there is a down side to this. most of the files I get are for personal use only. That is one reason why I want to slow down. With all of these new files I do not want to be tempted to be uploading something everyday like I could be.

Chances are I will just upload OEM or cabs for a lot of others to use. I share a lot of my stuff now with Juicy and Mightymike, most of there new files come from me, not all, but some do. That is one reason.

I also need to focus more on school and web design. that past few months it seems all i have been doing is sitting at computer and working on roms, or searching sites in Russia, Germany, France, Italy, China and Taiwan trying to get the latest files. Through this search I have made contacts and frineds in those contries, so now it is no longer searching for files, it is more or waiting for them to provide me the files.

When you have over 120 GB on your HD of just Pocket PC stuff, and different roms and tools and everything it is a bit excessive. so I just need to take a break for a while.

I will provide Cabs and Files for files I am able to release though so dont worry, I will keep everyone having the latest. and time to time release a ROM has i feel like it. or have time to work on it.

I guess some people hate the d pad and never use it so I never thought about using it to select cities in the wether. Worked like a charm.

Conflipper - Totally understand thanks for all the hard work! Will you happen to be updating the TP Rom as well today? If not no big deal just wondering . . .

Conflipper,

When you post the update, can you clarify if if corrects the issues with the timezone, the photos flipping on landscape and defaulting to portrait, and the issue with the start menu defaulting back to large with every reset? Again, thanks for all the hard work!!! We are all excited about the new update!

Time Zone issues I narrow it down last night to be an issue with the tower. At least in my area that is how it is. When I change to any other timezone, and do a mobile sync with cellular network, it changes to Eastern Time zone.

Album, I reverted back to the old Sensor, So it will not auto rotate, but I did add in the registry to rotate the screen.

Few last tweaks and I will upload a beta for a day or so.

Gonna miss you here Con, but you definitely deserve a break - you've done an incredible job here and greatly boosted the ppc world. I hope you won't be gone too long.

As far as the time zone issue goes, I had the problem with your 2/26/09 ROM and finally just flashed back to your ROM from 1/12/09. I have no issues with the time zone on the 1/12/09 ROM.

hmm........... Just seems odd with it. I will continue to look for a cause of it. not really sure where it could be happening. I will look around, Thanks for letting me know.
