I went ahead and downloaded this ROM but haven't flashed it yet. If you have something else coming out soon I may just wait.

I really dont kow, I have been working on 6.5, I posted up kitchens for 6.5 on Diamond, Touch Pro, Mogul and Vouge, just a bit ago, I have been up to my head with that the past few days. I got most of it fixed. I will look more into the diamond tomw and see what I have going on.

Ah. Take your time. No rush. Your last ROM released has been awesome. I can use a flash break. :) Besides the final version of 6.5 is around the corner.

Yeah I might take a lil time off, I go back to work tomw night anyways, and I would hate to rush it out tomw. maybe next weekend I will have a solid release.

I have expierecne a few lockups while texting with this latest one i have now, so i am going to narrow that down and figure out if its my new SYS, 20769, or if its my keyboard. so until i get that narrow down I will be holding off for now.

Sounds awesome. I am fine with your last rom. Can't wait for the final 6.5 though. Is it suppose to be just a newer 6.1? or will there be a "face lift' for the UI.

Conflip, I flashed the 1/12 ROM and naturally my GPS wouldn't work.

I checked the reg entries and the aGPS server addy was incorrect after flashing?

I don't recall the exact addy, but it was not the correct address.

I changed it to the 205.142.100.19 like all the GPS tutorials tell you to do and it wouldn't lock on, just like before. I also ran the QPST program and the correct server IP was on the phone.

Tonight as I was at dinner and waiting for my food I again messed with it.

I checked the registry and the the "GPSMode" key was set to 2.

I changed it to 1 and rebooted and my GPS is finally working consistently like it should.

Keep in mind I've had trouble from day 1 of having this Diamond and my GPS not working correctly or it being very temperamental at best.

Understood, but if you search a lot of Alltel peeps do and it appears to just be that reg entry.

So far mine has worked flawlessly and I don't have to use Quick GPS. It's locking within 30 secs to 6-11 birds and using aGPS.

Yes=D>........Thanks Cenflo for the gps fix. Finally the gps (tomtom) will work with Conflipper's roms. Conflipper, I am loving this rom. Thanks again for all the effort that was put in this!
