Took my phone off the charger at 7am yesterday morning, made about an hours worth of calls, and text messaged throughout the day, while also being in a roaming and bad signal area, and last night at about 11:30pm, my phone still had 3 bars of battery; that's 16.5 hours.

I'm also not having any problems either like mentioned above.

Here's something weird... I use my Diamond on an Exchange server. Whenever I flash a custom ROM, I get error 85010013. The device won't take the security settings that the server enforces, so it can't connect. I even built my own ROM from the kitchen, same thing. Guess I have to stick to the stock ROM for now.

That is weird, the only thing I would say is because the xip is patched, so that it does not check for security settings. In the end this speeds it up because it is not always double checking the system to make sure it is signed. That is the only thing I would say about this, I know tobey does this, and I do a lot of the same thing.

haha i got bored. So i decided to port a new system. Gonna test it for a few days and then see how i like it.

If you would like to get rid of the alltel logo on the front screen. Use this file.

1. Go to Settings-Today, and turn off Touchflo 3D. Press okay.
2. Download 29ed4fb5_manila and Copy the file inside there to your windows folder. either through activesync or from your phone. (activesync will be the best bet)
3. Okay to over write the file
4. Turn Touchflo 3D back on, by repeating step 1.
5. Go to Today screen and you will notice the alltel logo is now gone.


To Use the new tab I created today. Follow above directions, but download file 1e29e8e7_manila. and place into windows folder.

Whats up with the new build you're testing?

I know juicy is going to go to it. It is very similar to 20759. The difference I have seen is where 20759 takes a minute or two to warm up. 20764 is fast right away. but that is the only thing I have seen. I have it on my TPro now. I will keep it on there for a few more days. If I like it I might switch but I doubt it. I have most of the kinks worked out of 20759. And I dont want to always be jumping around like that. Since I dont see any real changes.

I have been able to cut 3mb out of flash file size. so more memory on phone then.
gonna stay on 20759 (for now)
working on adding in custom cities
New tab will be in next update (unless you guys dont like it)
Fixed puke great highlight color
fixed few other bugs.

Still playing around with opera builds trying to find something i like.

I don't love the new tab... the best looking tab is the ATT IMO.
