Hard reseting

Will doing a hard reset erase my stuff I have saved on internal memory?

Re: Hard reseting

What he said. But to be a little more helpful than that:

It doesn't. Hard resetting only erases data on the main memory and reverts the main memory back to stock. The internal storage is left completely alone during a hard reset. If you choose "clear storage and format internal storage" or "format internal storage only" from the clear storage options within settings, then it will completely erase what is on your internal storage.

Re: Hard reseting

Personally, I usually install a bunch of CABs to the Internal Memory and sometimes forget to purge them after doing a new ROM reflash, so make sure you clear out whatever is no longer relevant on the Internal Memory when you do a ROM reflash, since like the previous posts say, it remains intact

Re: Hard reseting

Maybe it's because people create 30 threads and half of them have been answered answered already.
