I think you are talking about the Voice recorder I added to the ROM.
I added that just for fun to record things that i need to do and not forget exactly what i need ( I'm lazy and don't want to type on the phone) and also because whatever you record you can set as a ringtone.
The voice speed dial I use on the ROM is Microsoft Voice Command because it includes a lot more features.
If I added Cyberon Voice Speed Dial on the v1.3 it was completely accidental. i apologize that it does not come included but check your Private message ok.
