shouldn't im on vista right now

copy the folder with the dump tools to c:\
some time this is all it takes. your user account may have a long folder name in it some where.

I'm not 100% sure, but... I think that the updated ROM is still defaulting to the teal Today screen. I've been going back and forth between my laptop and desktop and so I might have copied/used the older version by mistake, but I don't think so.

Anyone else on Sprint that can comment on this?

Something else interesting, when it was running initial customizations, I did see the HTC_black.tsk file name pop-up for a second as it was being extracted or whatever. It wasn't in the Today screen options menu though. I downloaded one from earlier in the thread and applied it manually.

Just now loaded new *updated* sprint 2.6, it still has the Teal bars on top and bottom

okay i did that and now i get this:
