I cant say much has changed with the battery though. I took it off the charger at 5:30am and took 3 callls totalling maybe 30 mins. recieved 10 or so e-mails wrote 3-4 e-mails. and im down 2 bars. and I ve had great signal the whole time.
Any way to get this cut into a kitchen base? I have some Apps I only have in OEM form and want to incorporate into the system. one is a program called battery monitor. I like the way the battery icon looks in it and I love the way it has a digital numacical readout for the amouth of battery left. easier to see. also have a few others. if you could provide your kitchen or base I would be forever in your debt.

Durr... There's hardly any difference from the last version of the kitchen available. Add in the 3 or 4 programs, a few reg edits (easily available if you ask) and the manila tabs. Most of the advancements I believe are in different version of programs as well. Seriously about a 1 hour job since you already know what settings to use (since you have a full ROM to get them from) Most of the work of chefs is to find out what works, and if it doesn't, how to fix it. Once that's been accomplished, it's very easy to replicate what they've done since you can just use their stuff from a full ROM.

On the other hand, I know juicy hasn't theft-proofed his ROMs, so you could learn how to use the ROM utils and dogguy's preping scripts (with diamond modifications) and do it yourself.

Just one kitchen builder's opinion though.

Re: * UPDATED * [10/12/2008] JUICY ROM 2.5 [Full CE OS 5.2.20755][TELUS][Sprint]

I ran an internet speed test earlier, and it confirmed my worries about the data speed. It turns out I was only getting ~500 kb/s data down. I'm located in Seattle, which falls under "Best" in the Sprint EVDO Rev-A coverage, and I get about 4-5 bars normally.

Is this normal? I was under the impression that Rev A was around 1.5mb/s down.

I'll flash back to the stock sprint and test that out later tonight.

i cannot increase the volume in speaker phone mode.
also something just a little more appealing to the eye would be the Windows mobile 6.1 start up screen used in the Kitchen, its much nicer looking than the gross green one thats stock. just my .02

anyone ever figure out a way to get the update profile and update PRL into these SPRINT roms? it would be nice to have th device management as well so that we could flash your ROM and reset via ##786# and it can activate the phone/restart all data picture mail all that junk which it would be from the the first device setup over the air. i cant get picture mail to work, but when i flashed the stock ROM and did a restore from ##786# it worked like a charm on the stock, flash to any other rom and it dont work, why? i have no Fing idea.

aside from that, i love your roms.
