When I check the "Buttons" part in Settings I only have one button listed (Send key (Hold)) which was set to switching to/from Vibrate. I tried changing it to Rotate Screen, but it still only goes to/from Vibrate.

Settings/Buttons and lect rotate screen, make sure you hit the ok button, if that doesn't work soft reset and try again

Like I already said, I only have one hard button option there, which is the Send Key, and I have set it to Rotate Screen, and it still only turns on/off Vibrate.

Try to soft reset your phone
