FYI, this link does not work for me in FireFox on Windows 7 Beta. I was able to copy and paste into IE and get it though.

I just get a Directory listing, as if it thinks it's a folder instead of a file. Dunno. Thanks for the mirror though.

Had this same problem after a flash a while back. Someone suggested the following fix, and it worked for me:

Go to Settings > Personal > Buttons --- and change the Send key function to something else and tap ok. Then go back and change it to Voice Command. You may need to soft reset for it to take effect.

What build of Microsoft .Net Compact Framework does this ROM have in it. The latest version of Pocket shield says I must have at least v3.5.7283

This seems to happen every so often- just go into Settings;Buttons and select anything else. Close the window. (optional soft reset) Then go back and change it back to VoiceCommand. Works every time.

I still have the issue with the first letter of any text entry disappearing.
I've kind of gotten into the habit of just always double-tapping on that first character now. But it's a habit that I could easily break. <nudge-nudge>

Heh, so I'm not crazy after all. I've been having this problem since Juicy 4.0, then it continued with Mike's ROMs. I've tried softresting, hard reseting (both ways) different versions of EZInput, SIPChange... NOTHING worked.

I've since installed TouchPal. Still getting used to it, but it's growing on me.
