Because its debateable (and subject to personal preference) whether, for the Diamond, a 6.5 ROM no matter how often its updated, is preferable to a fast, stable and low-bloat 6.1 ROM...

i will take any tp/tp2 mighty rom over your bulky battery hog anyday, go fix your shitty battery life then maybe. my diamond sports mighty but still better.
