I replace the file Mighty stated and but I use this cab first and it works everytime!!

Hmm... this is strange. On both IE and Opera, and both on Sprint and wifi, live.com and m.live.com default to Spanish. There doesn't seem to be any way to get it to display in English... So far, I have yet to see this on other sites, but weird nonetheless!
