PPCGeeks - [ROM] [FINAL] [06.26.09] MightyROM4 w. OEM BASE Included

Regarding Advanced Configuration Tools.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but clicking on the cab only installs the tools then clicking on the tools in programs starts the tools which will configure a whole bunch of stuff when I click on done?

Is there anything in there I might not want done?

The great part of the tool is that everything is undoable. It is all a matter of personal preference. There are tweaks in there that you will like and tweaks that you don't. What I am getting at is, play around with it. Figure out what configurations work best for you personally. Once you have got the tweaks the way that you want them, then YOU will know what you do & do not want done.

Thanks, I wasn't aware that the SIP changer was needed, because on the Stock ROM/Other custom roms, it defaults to whatever HTC SIP you chose last.

Major problem......

My wireless router has DHCP turned off, so I have my own IP address entered into my Diamond. However, this prevents EVDO from working....

Changing it back to "Use server-assigned IP address" fixes it, but then I can't use WIFI at my house until I change it back to "Use specific IP address"

There also seems to be a number of Network Adapters missing from the list in comparison to the Stock ROM.

I am using ms3 as well but when I try to change the background pic. it is always too big. What pic res. is the best?
