I have heard of people having this issue on regular cell phones. I'm not sure it's a ROM issue as it can just be the provider.

is it normal that my mighty rom has a rom date of march 22 for the 4.8 rom
Under device information i have this as a date march 22 but yet the release was on the 25th

when should we expect mighty5 mike? i know the touch pro gys should get it by the beginning of next week from what i read in the touch pro forum. how many tweaks does it take to get it to run on the diamond? need a tester hahaha?

That's just plain funny.... Okay so here's a quick update... As some of you know I have what is supposed to be the final build for MightyROM5 for the TP, and I'm testing it now. It is very close/ near done. There's just a few things needed to be changed, but nothing major or serious, that I promise you all. Once this is golden, you all will have your version of MightyROM5. My GF with her Diamond wont leave me alone about it, so yeah, shes got to get it too and if she gets it, so do you all :)

For those who are facing the Silent issue and unable to wait till Mighty next announcement for 4.9 or 5.0, here is one alternative to get rid of this ringer problem.

Copy your ring tone from \Windows\Rings to your PC
use any wma to wav converter (eg. http://www.4musics.com/wma-to-wav.exe) and convert it to .wav file (like -> Alert-Sonar.wma to Alert-Sonar1.wav)
Now copy this converted file to same folder in Diamond (\Windows\Rings)

Go to Settings\Sounds & Notifications then under the Notification change your Ring tone to converted ring tone.

While my phone got silent, I've not done a soft-reset and tried it to prove this exercise and I found when I'm selecting converted file in Ring Tone, my phone is ringing properly and if I'm going back to original ring tone file (.wma) it was not ringing during incoming call.

Trust it will help few users who have not google all the posts and repeating same issue again n again :drunken:

LOL... Relax, MightyMike and myself will take care of you all :) We just need to get everything right 1st so you all remain happy. MightyMike has made a lot of good changes here and there, so much, that honestly I don't know if there's going to be a changelog. Between the tweaks, apps, drivers, and settings that were put in, there's just no knowing what the heck was changed from prior release... Yours being 4.8. I've already gone through 5 test builds, all of which have less and less issues and run a tri-fold better then the last. MightyMike and myself are trying so many combinations so that the end product is and remains MightyMike's standard and that of course is a bug free/ ultra stable ROM, and let me be the 1st one to say, we're just about done with the TP!
