But just curious what do others see in the start/settings/system tab/ device info/ as their rom date who have 4.8 installed.

Ohhh.....so that's probably why my data cr*pped out on me huh? I was just on the phone with Sprint for 30 minutes trying to get it resolved...nothing. I have a ROM date of 3/22/09 too for 4.8. Damn you mean I have to relfash the the entire thing? ugh. You sure there wasn't a hotfix released? :D Something that completely doesn't make sense to me though is...well...I only got this phone last Friday which would be the April 10th...so that doesn't make sense to me, as I just downloaded the latest one in this thread. Checked the download...says MightyROM4.8_032509D..huh. Odd. so do I or do I not have the 3/25 one? It sounds like I do...or am I not the only person having the issue with data just being killed randomly all of a sudden? (It worked for 5 days..then stopped working around Wednesday this week)..

I have the Diamond by Sprint if that matters..got the Sprint Update PRL and Profile tabs..did nothing to help.

It just doesn't feel my soft reset actually works, my recent program list occasionaly clears itself whenever it wants. Sometimes I feel like it works flawlessly and the rest of the time or when my % is very high it lags and freezes and soft reset just makes it feel like it did something but battery life and programs are slow.

Now im not saying the rom is the problem but to many people have NO issues to be content with what im seeing.

Im going on Vacation in the near future to an area thats no covered by my unlimited internet package.
Under TF3D Settings Connections, if I turn Data Connection OFF will that TRUELY kill the internet? Or is it safer to go into my connections manager and delete my DATA connection?

Using Calkulins OEM Drivers, so all the stupid hickups should be fixed :)

100% primetime ready

ROM was released on 3/25/09 3:30ish, then an hour later he realized there was a problem with the drives and active sync, thanks to a poster who saw it I think, then he released the fixed version a half hour after that. if you downloaded after 5PM PST on that day then you have the latest.

Thanks for going back and digging this up, TREmp77. I was going to do it but you beat me to it. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/images/icons/icon7.gif Not sure what the 3/22 vs. 3/25 discrepency is, but I wouldn't think the date would be that big of a deal. Hell, we have even had this ROM labeled as a TouchPro at one point. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/images/icons/icon12.gif
