OK im stuck now... I already unlocked the phone BTW... The instructions in the sticky say to "Download the Diamond RUU" then "Download your choice of ROM (see the list below)." and then "Drag the RUU_Signed.nbh file into the RUU folder."????? But it looks like the MR_4.7_DIAM.rar already has most of the files that are in the Diamond RUU.rar...

The only differences are that the MR_4.7_DIAM.rar has Custom_RUU.exe, PagePoolchanger.exe, and the .nbh file..

So what do I do??

help anyone?? im getting impatient... LOL...

haha, yeah, it's a lot easier. what i do is keep a separate folder in internal storage with all of my custom ringtones. you can then select and hold the rintone you want and a pop up screen will show up where the bottom option is 'Set As Ringtone.' after you press that, it will copy the ringtone to the "My Ringtones' folder and automatically be your new ringtone.

I do a combination of these things. But it brings up a good question. I just keep all sounds and ringtones in a few folders in IS. After reset, I copy/paste them to \Windows & \Windows\Rings. But, if I were to start putting them in My Ringtones... do they get synced? That way the process is automatic when I sync the device after a hard reset?

Yeah, well, I don't really live at WDW. But I think that a hidden PORN tab would be a hot seller.:evil4: I do think that implication that a Disney-related person is using porn is pretty funny.

Honestly, Dude....

Read. You're confused because you can't follow instructions properly.

Ugh. Fine, I'll stop being an arse.

If your phone IS unlocked, then all you have to do is:

1) download mightrom and unzip
2) active sync with your computer
3) double click on the ROM Update Utility
4) FOLLOW THE STEPS.

Thats it man.

HUGE thanks to Mighty... I think this may be the fastest ROM and least battery drain yet (and I've tried a lot of them).

I do have 2 questions though (not complaints)...

1. when I get a new e-mail and click the allert envelope in the title bar of the today screen, I get a screen I haven't seen before title "Notifications", with a selectable entry called "new Mail". When I select "new mail", it highlights it but does nothing. The only options I have are a "close" and "dismiss all" button. Is this normal behavior?
Thanks in advance

Thats the new Rhodium Notification Enhancement. Its Normal.

thanks mike and lil rico! this rom is awesome. I can't wait for rhodium manilla and diamond2 keyboard to be cooked in here.. if they ever will be.

I have one odd issue thats been happening for a while. My phone will be in my pocket and it will all of a sudden just vibrate. I have s2u on it and its been happening for a while I've just been ignoring it. Which I can still do.

Doesn't hurt to ask!

LOL I actually did read and can understand instructions very well.. Was just confused because apparantly The Mighty ROM rar file already contains the RUU, so that step is not necessary for this ROM...

Thanks.. Life's to short to be that angry about a post or two...

LOL..

Wow, Mighty 4.7 works great! Yesterday I upgraded from 4.4.5 and am very impressed with the speed of this rom. One issue so far... that is when I woke up this morning the phone was frozen and screen would not turn on so I did a soft reset. If that happens again, I may try flashing to stock and back to 4.7 in case it's a bad flash.

Just try another hard reset. I hard reset twice, even three times after flashing a new rom.
